Before you write

A few things you can settle faster on your own:

• Where is my order? Your tracking number arrives by SMS and email once the courier scans the parcel. You can also look it up on the order tracking page using your order number and billing email.
• I want to return something. Bottles with the box unopened can go back within 15 days; we refund the full price minus delivery charges both ways (Rs 450). Message us with your order number and we will send return instructions. Opened or used bottles cannot be returned.
• Something arrived damaged. Send us your unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery charges.
• Which fragrance should I pick? Tell us what you already wear and we will say honestly which of ours is closest — including when the answer is none of them. Or start with a tester box: five fragrances for Rs. 1,500.
