Before you write

A few things you can settle faster on your own:

• Where is my order? Your tracking number arrives by SMS and email once the courier scans the parcel. You can also look it up on the order tracking page using your order number and billing email.
• I want to return something. Unopened bottles can go back within 15 days. Email us with your order number and we will send return instructions. Opened bottles, used products and testers cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons.
• Something arrived damaged. Send photographs of the product and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it.
• Which fragrance should I pick? Tell us what you already wear and we will say honestly which of ours is closest — including when the answer is none of them. Or start with a tester box: five fragrances for Rs. 1,500.
