Shipping policy

We ship anywhere in Pakistan, and delivery is free on every order — there is no minimum.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are checked, packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days. Delivery then usually takes 2–5 working days, depending on where you are. Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad are typically at the faster end of that range.

Bank transfer orders are packed once the transfer clears, so the clock starts when we see the payment. Cash-on-delivery orders are packed straight away.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by SMS and email as soon as the courier scans your parcel. You can also check progress on the order tracking page using your order number and the email address you used at checkout.

Delivery cost

Free, on every order, to every location we ship to in Pakistan. There is no threshold to reach and no surcharge for remote areas.

What is in the box

Every bottle ships with a matching tester so you can wear the fragrance before breaking the seal on the bottle itself. If it is not for you, the unopened bottle can be returned within 15 days — see the return and refund policy.

Courier delays

Once a parcel is with the courier, its progress is in their hands. We cannot control delays caused by weather, strikes, public holidays or courier backlogs, and we are not able to compensate for them. What we will do is chase it with the courier on your behalf — message us with your order number and we will follow it up.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody could be reached, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery for an incorrect address is charged at cost.

Damaged on arrival

If your parcel arrives damaged or a bottle is leaking, send photographs of the product and the packaging to support@scentpura.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it.
