Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Eligibility

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 45 days without giving any reason for doing so provided the product remains unused, unopened, and meets the eligibility conditions outlined in this policy.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 45 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection of the returned product.
Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take additional time before the funds appear in your account.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the eligibility requirements described in this policy.
Non-returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened perfume bottles
- Used products
- Testers
- Samples
- Products with damaged seals
- Customized or personalized items
How to Request a Return
- Contact our support team.
- Provide your order number.
- Wait for return approval.
- Pack the item securely.
- Ship the product to the approved return address.
- Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect purchase
the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to:
- Wrong product sent
- Damaged item
- Manufacturing defect
Scent Pûr  will bear the return or replacement shipping costs.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
Exchanges
We replace products only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
If you wish to exchange a fragrance for a different scent after opening it, unfortunately we cannot accept the exchange due to hygiene reasons.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it falls under the Return & Refund Policy.
